We are pleased to extend to you an Offer of Appointment for the position of Design Engineer at Hariansh Engineering Pvt. Ltd.
Job Responsibilities
• Create accurate 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Develop designs based on customer requirements, technical specifications, and manufacturing standards.
• Modify existing designs and update drawings as per feedback or design improvements.
• Work closely with senior engineers and the manufacturing team to ensure designs are practical and production-ready.
• Prepare and maintain Bill of Materials (BOMs), drawings, and other technical documentation.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes and standards.
• Support the team in project planning, documentation, and design reviews.
Working Schedule & Location
Joining Date: Immediately after successful course completion (approx. 90–120 days)
Workdays: Monday to Saturday
Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (flexible)
Breaks: 1 hour/day (45 mins lunch + 15 mins tea break)
Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)
Additional Learning: 2–3 hrs/day post-work learning (onboarding phase)
Compensation Structure
During Probation: ₹18,000/month + ₹3,000/month incentive
Post-Confirmation: ₹20,000/month + ₹5,000/month incentive
Salary Disbursement: 10th of each month
Notice Period (Training): 30 days
Post-Confirmation Notice Period: 2 months
Annual Hike: 15%–20% based on performance

Start Date: 28th July 2025
Placement: Full-time role post training
Time Commitment:
• 10–15 hrs/week: Live classes
• 15–20 hrs/week: Assignments + Guided learning
